What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of configuring a website to achieve the highest possible ranking on search engine websites like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.  If your website isn’t in the first couple of search results, then it likely won’t be visited frequently.  

Search Engines use algorithms to calculate which site should be ranked the highest.  Many SEO strategies that are effective today may be obsolete or even detrimental within the next couple of months.  Emerging competitors also pose a threat.  Constant vigilance is required to keep your site’s rankings as high as possible.

What is included in my SEO subscription?

The following items will be set up and maintained as necessary:

• Bing & Google Webmaster tools setup for website

• Website submitted to Google & Bing for crawl

• Keywords searched for industry and location

• Website pages optimized for fast loading

• Website headers optimized with keywords

• Website metatags configured and optimized

• Website schema configured and added

• Alt tags will be optimized for all images

• Robot.txt created and configured

• Sitemap created and configured

• Clean URL's set up and maintained

• Canonicalization setup and maintained

• Once all of these factors are set up for your website, we will work to optimize or write content for one page each month

• We also will regularly look for opportunities to improve content and code for your website at no additional charge.  As new SEO best practices and standards are discovered, they will be automatically applied to your website.
