Envri has partnered with ReviewWave to bring you the most efficient system for getting quality online reviews.

How does it work?

ReviewWave integrates with most patient and client management systems.  After your customers visit your office, ReviewWave will automatically send them a text or email asking them to respond to a quick survey.  Each customer that gives you a positive response to the survey will be directed to the online review sites of your choice.  This way, we only ask the customers with the best experience to write a review for your office. If a negative response is given on the survey the feedback is sent privately to you via email, they will not have an option to be sent to review the business online.

Your survey can be customized to include whatever questions your office is interested.  Not only will you get great reviews, but your office will get valuable feedback on how it can improve its services.

If your office uses one of the few client management systems not supported by ReviewWave, you can still use the system by manually sending out your custom ReviewWave link by text or email.
