What is Google My Business?

Google My Business is a platform created by Google for businesses to manage their listings on Google Maps and in Google search results.  The business’s name, logo, hours, address, phone number, website, and descriptions should all be added and maintained.  Reviews received through Google for your business can also be viewed and addressed.  With the increased usage of smartphones, your Google My Business listing is one of the most important factors in your business’s success online.

What is included when I sign up for Google My Business Management?

The following items will be set up and maintained as necessary:

• We will create and set up your account with Google My Business.

• If your account already exists, we will work with you to gain control of it (additional fees may apply).

• Your business information on Google My Business will be added and updated as necessary.

• We will alert you if your business receives a bad review and guide you through the process of removing it (if possible) or responding to it professionally.
